I dropped my keys into my elevator shaft and I called Patrick. He came in less then 30 minutes. I live in a condo so all the floors are secured. Because I lost my keys, I had to walk several flights of stairs. Not once did Patrick complain. After he got me in, he offered to look for my keys for me down the elevator shaft. Quick, cheap, and friendly service. The other lady questioned his ethics. I did not see any signs of this and I would use and recommend Patrick to all my other friends ( well I hope I won't have to call him to often)
